With less than two week until election day, Kamala Harris and Donald Trump are making some of their final media appearances, campaign stops and rallies. On Wednesday night, Harris chatted with voters in Pennsylvania, moderated by CNN's Anderson Cooper, and made plenty of vague, rambling answers during the night. The night was another example of her month long rough media appearances. But how much will it matter? Are voters really undecided?
