Congressman Brad Wenstrup, Chairman of the Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic, has been working hard to reveal plenty about the COVID-19 pandemic. From gain of function research, to the virus' origin, perhaps no part of the pandemic needs more digging into than the school closures. Last month, AFT's President Randi Weingarten joined the committee to give plenty of non-answers and skirt around the truth. Now, tired of the union's lack of cooperation, Wenstrup and the committee are threatening to subpoena records of communication to the CDC on re-opening schools.
